Sales department
From the idea to the solution– the contact to our customers and the consultation by our sales department team are next to our technical know-how as one of the most important resources at ETT. Over several years we have developed a highly experienced and friendly sales team, which is characterised by deep knowledge of end-of-line-packing systems and accompanying services.

| Mechanical Design
The design department from ETT works closely with the sales team to insure that the customer’s solution evolves into the final planned design. The engineers and detail design engineers bring to life the customers’ ideas and agendas in 2-D- also more and more with animated 3-D-graphs. At the computer the complete design results in a very precise virtual packaging system, even before the first metal part is machined and the first gripper head is tackled. This helps us to get I right the first time, everytime!

| Electrical design
Bringing to life the mechanics: The ETT department of the electro construction makes sure, that the electrical control is connected correctly to insure that the machine’s operation is achieved.

Materials management
The colleagues from the materials management always make sure that stock is always available for the pre-fabrication and manufacturing. Thus they are able to operate quickly and that customers can get parts at short notice.

| Pre-fabrication
Here the pre-fabrication team produce individual parts for each of the packaging modules. With a great deal of know-how the highly qualified experts work with the 3D processing centres and CNC equipment.

| Stores Department
ETT has a large stock holding of spares – to assist support to our customers: That way, in case of emergency we can respond quickly and reliably to ensure that the ETT system remains fully operational. |

Production
Staff members from the production department assemble the machinery. As a basic principle only a small team works on one machine at a time. Advantages are that the ETT engineers will be very familiar with that particular system! At first the machine is assembled and tested by ETT in Fredelsloh. Afterwards the machine is then installed by the same ETT engineers who helped to assemble the machine. This provides vital continuity right through to the commissioning phase. |
| Programming
The IT-department programs the self developed control-software for the end of line packing systems. They also create user programs, i.e. efficient programs for palletising.

| Service and maintenance
ETT customers stay productive for longer: Regular servicing by the ETT service team makes sure that ETT’s end of line packing systems stay in first class operating condition. With our 24/7 hotline, spare part department and ETT technicians, problems can be resolved quickly and efficiently, reducing downtime to a minimum. |

IT
The IT-department supports other departments in data processing questions.

| Documentation
The documentation team produces the operation manuals–individually for each machine!
|
| Apprentice
ETT educates their own skilled personnel and which helps to maintain the high levels of expertise in the company. This helps to benefit the local community and shows ETT‘s commitment to the locality. At the moment 8 apprentices are currently in training at ETT.
