ETT customers stay productive for longer: Regular servicing by the ETT service team makes sure that ETT’s end of line packing systems stay in first class operating condition. With our 24/7 hotline, spare part department and ETT technicians, problems can be resolved quickly and efficiently, reducing downtime to a minimum.The ETT service team is the partner for an ETT final packaging system’s durability – in all situations: the technicians maintain the machines and they immediately are available, if problems occur. “ETT has a large spare parts department and we are able to quickly manufacture spare parts in our production department” says Stefan Körner, Service Director. “By this our service staff is able to help immediately and to refloat the machines.”
Online help via modem
Thanks to Fredelsloh’s position in the centre of Germany and the proximity to the airports Hanover and Frankfurt, the service technicians also could be available quickly by aeroplane anywhere in Europe. In the ages of the internet, ETT can assist quickly by the means of system modem.
Skilled service technicians
The service technicians are very familiar with the ETT final packaging systems: Most have been trained at ETT and have been with ETT for many years. They are continually trained in maintenance and care of the systems. If a customer likes to modify his packaging system, it is often ETT’s service staff, that who originally installed the machine would attend the system.
