Big assortments in a compact space: That is the discounter’s recipe of success. Customers find several different versions of one product in one case or tray– regardless if shampoos or different types of crisps. ETT Verpackungstechnik designs and produces the entire plant for the sorted final packing. This system can meet the manufacturer’s demand on business.

The ETT end of line packing specialists design and realise different typs of units:

• Assortment of random fed products with colour recognition
• Assortment of products, which are produced separately are sorted and brought together in the ETT sorting unit.

ETT packaging systems handle the products very gentle. Unstable plastic bottles for example are cycled in via clamping belts and pressure sensitive cans are cycled into the system by "scrolls". Producers can meet the requirements of their market with this type of packaging machine: you can deliver flexible various amounts of individual product types in one case resp. tray. Example crisps: If the product type "paprika" is a bestseller, then most of that item should be in the tray. If the consumers taste changes, the combination of the ETT plants can be changed flexible as well. Of course the assortment can also be complemented with other ETT packaging modules. That way a depalletising for example, can be connected upstream without any problems.
