The industrial sector calls for increasingly effective and powerful packaging machinery. Depalletisers as parts of production and packaging lines are among them. ETT offer special solutions for this task as well. For a German producer of instant products the Fredelsloh based company built another fully automatic depalletiser for empty jars.
The empty jars for powder and other instant products are supplied stacked in layers on pallets with cover trays between each layer. These cover trays are lift ed off by a vacuum gripper; in the next step the layer tool is extended to grasp the empty jars and pull them onto a layer sheet. On the way to the conveyor the gripper deposits the cover tray onto a separate pallet and pushes the empty jars onto the conveyor of the filling line.
