A system for loading large bottles of liquid washing detergent into promotionally effective shelf-ready packaging – this was the task set by an international producer of household chemicals. The result is an entirely new, fully-automatic packaging line consisting of ETT’s system modules and flexible shelf-ready solutions.

half-pallet sized display-trays withThis summer, ETT implemented a complete, fully automatic packaging line covering the entire process from product supply to palletisation, including the automatic transfer of empty and finished pallets. The gripper is designed for picking up bottles of various shapes and sizes as well as different types of sealing caps. The packing patterns can be changed quickly and without difficulty if and when required. The system’s flexibility is also reflected by its capability of handling different case types. The system can load the bottles not only into shelf-ready cases but also into stabilising strips as well.
