FACHPACK 2009: Tray-sleeve inserter

You will fi nd ETT at FachPack 2009 (29 September to 1 October) in Hall 1, stand 1-423.

The discounters were the first to use it, now more and more normal commercial enterprises follow suit and call for shelf-ready packaging. At this year’s FACHPACK Show in Nuremberg ETT will present – among other applications – a state-of-the-art system for producing a two-part shelf-ready packaging.

As part of a complete turn-key packaging line the tray-sleeve inserter that ETT is going to present at the FACHPACK Show produces an easy to handle packaging out of two different flat blanks. Th is packaging consists of a bottom tray and a cardboard sleeve as the top part (traysleeve inserter). The finished unit will ensure that the products within are secured on the pallets during transport. Before filling the shelves the
supermarket staff s simply have to remove the cardboard sleeve and put the promotionally effective designed bottom tray onto the shelf – done. Also on display: a robot with two arms for loading stacks of paper labels into cases. ETT’s friendly stand team is looking forward to welcoming you in Nuremberg!
